I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is only a short walk from the picturesque town center of Kayserberg. The rooms were modern and offered a nice view of the Vosges mountains, making for a pleasant environment. The service was exceptional—very friendly staff who kindly engaged with me in English despite my poor French. However, while the dining experience had a nice variety, it could use a few more vegetable options. Overall, it represents great value for money especially with its excellent location and comfortable accommodations.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with its clean and comfortable rooms, plus a very pretty view from my large balcony. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made a big difference. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the charming old town. However, the rooms lacked basic amenities like air conditioning and could use better lighting. The breakfast selection was decent but could definitely be improved with more variety.

My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. I loved the spacious rooms and the beautiful location at the foot of the Vosges Mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. However, the breakfast could have offered more variety, and the room's space for luggage was a bit limited for two people. Still, it was great value for money with a nice kitchen area included.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, particularly for its lovely views and clean accommodations. The staff did a great job of making us feel welcomed and were always kind and responsive. However, it was incredibly hot during my second night, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, while the room decor was somewhat dated, it was still perfectly serviceable for a one-night stopover.
